Rebecca Mishale Polvani
Rebecca holds an L.L.M. with a specialization in Intellectual Property from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and an L.L.B. in Global Law from Tilburg University in the Netherlands, and in 2023, was admitted to the District of Columbia’s bar. Rebecca is a law clerk at Kingery Law.
Prior to joining Kingery Law, Rebecca developed her skills working at a plaintiffs’ injury firm in Los Angeles with a focus on catastrophic injury in motor vehicle and premises liability cases, products liability, and cases against governmental entities. Rebecca brings with her a wide scope of legal education and experience from all around the globe.

Julia Barker
Julia is Kingery Law’s legal assistant. She brings to the firm over 20 years of client-forward professional experience. Julia has a background in hospitality and sales management and refined skills in communication, organization, and compassionate care.
Julia aims to serve everyone she meets in every capacity and walk-of-life. From professional athletes, celebrities, and politicians to the hard-working and vulnerable clients Kingery Law serves every day.
Julia’s intentional approach to case management has an eye to cataloging the most nuanced details, always keeping in mind that the clients’ needs are the firm’s primary focus. Her goal is to ensure that every client feels heard and aptly represented.
Julia approaches each task guided by her faith in St. Thérèse and the “Little Way” principle—finding and sharing joy in small, consistent details. She is committed to supporting the firm, its clients, and the community.
Outside of work, Julia was nominated by her peers to serve as president of her homeowner’s association and served five years as the president of her local hockey rink association where she helped charter the association’s first scholarship fund. Julia is a devoted wife and mother of 3.

Jean-Paul C. Lundy
Jean-Paul holds a J.D. from Trinity Law School and is the Director of Operations at Kingery Law. His focus is on the firm’s systems of operation, business development, trial support, and third-party referrals.
While in law school, Jean-Paul studied East African and Humanitarian Law in Mukono, Uganda, studied at the International Institute of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France, and led a team in Phnom Penh, Cambodia in presenting on the challenges facing the fight against human trafficking in the western region of the United States.
Prior to joining Kingery Law, Jean-Paul spent 15 years honing his skills helping plaintiffs in medical malpractice and other catastrophic injury cases, in addition to work in construction defect, sex abuse, insurance bad faith, and pandemic-related business interruption cases. He acquired a full breadth of experience while working at an esteemed medical malpractice defense trial practice. While on the defense side, Jean-Paul prepared for trial and obtained invaluable knowledge from some of the most renowned medical malpractice defense attorneys in California.
